It was not an easy task indeed. However, I followed some effective weight-loss tricks and could lose some weight successfully after a few days.   • Change your diet plan and replace the fat-gaining foods with low-calories and high-protein foods.
  • Eat fresh fruits and leafy vegetables in your regular diets.
  • Try to avoid the processed foods, snacks, fast foods. You can eat salad and herbs that will make you feel and reduce belly fat.
  • To lose belly fat in a week, try to cut out complex carbohydrate enriched foods like, sugar coated foods, pasta as well as high starch foods, like, potatoes, corn, wheat, etc. from your meal-plan. And try to eat whole grain foods, for example, brown rice.
  • Replace the fatty proteins, such as, high-fat cheese, milk, red meat, sausage, etc. food with high protein foods like, chicken breasts, nuts, turkey, sea fish, Greek yogourt, etc. This protein enriched foods help you in building muscles.
  • Replace animal-fat like, butter with diverse vegetable oils, like avocado oil, coconut oil, olive oil, etc. that contain good fats. Moreover, sea fish is a good source of omega-3 fatty acid that cuts out belly fat.

  • Avoid salt intake, as the sodium chloride tends to retain water from the body-cells and leads your body to gain extra weight including abdominal fat.

Lose belly fat through hardcore physical exercises:

  • Go for cardio activities for minimum half an hour. You can dance, swim, run or do any other similar task like using the stairs. Such active moves will certainly help you to lose belly fat in a week.
  • Try planking type workouts. You have to hold your body taking a push-up position, while placing your forearms firmly on the floor/ground. Try this exercise at 3-4 sets at a span of 30-60 seconds each.
  • Participate in sports, like hiking, biking, rowing, etc. will melt down the fat cells from your stomach. Try to perform such workouts for minimum 30 minutes.
  • Doing sprint intervals can effectively lose belly fat in a week. Sprint for 30sec and then take half time that is 15sec rest. Repeat this for 5-7 times.
  • If you do not have enough time or space to do the above mentioned workouts, then you can go to the gym.

Undoubtedly, it is a big challenge to burn body fat within a short period. And to lose belly fat is the most crucial part of this weight-loss battle.
